About the Role
As a Zenith Tutor, you’ll work directly with high school students (Years 10–12) to deliver effective, engaging, and results-focused online remote tutoring. Supporting students in the region in which you completed your ATAR, you’ll tailor your approach to meet each student’s unique learning style and academic goals. This is a contract-based role offering flexible hours and the freedom to work around your lifestyle or studies.
Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one online, remote tutoring in local ATAR subjects
Tailor lessons to suit individual learning needs and goals
Track student progress and provide ongoing feedback
Communicate with parents and Zenith staff professionally
Maintain high standards of academic support aligned with The Zenith Standard
Requirements
ATAR of 90+ or equivalent academic results
Strong subject knowledge in one or more ATAR subjects
Clear, confident communication and teaching skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time well
Working With Children Check in your region (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Have
Previous experience tutoring or mentoring (preferred, not requisite)
Familiarity with local ATAR curriculum and ATAR exam structure
Currently studying at a university (especially education or related fields) or in approved tertiary education (please contact Support for more information).
